You are responsible for tariffs, contribution adjustments and product building blocks in the area of private customers P&C – including insurance products residential buildings, liability, accident and legal protection. Together with your team, the business manages through analyses of stock and new business and takes concrete measures. You drive innovative pricing methods and use future-oriented technologies to strengthen P&C's competitiveness. You advise the management of pricing strategies and work closely with product management, damage, IT and reinsurance to develop practical solutions. You guide and develop your team professionally and personally – through clear goals, coaching and targeted training.

You have a completed study of mathematics, natural sciences or comparable as well as a completed academic training DAV. You have many years of experience in tariff calculation and know the market of damage/unfall insurance, regulation and insurance methods very well. You have practical experience with modern pricing and data mining tools, such as Emblem, Radar, Python, R or SAS, ideally complemented by knowledge in the NatCat modeling. You are a strong leadership personality with communication strength, empathy, safe occurrence and the ability to clearly structure and delegate tasks. You think strategically and analytically, work structured and solution-oriented and make decisions reliable and responsible.
