Fullstack Developer (JavaScript / .NET)

The position as a Fullstack Developer (JavaScript / .Net) is part of a multi-section expert team and embedded in the “Customer IT” section. The Vattenfall IT is an international unit within the Vattenfall Group. We support the digitalisation of Vattenfall companies through leading technologies and enable them to increase overall performance, efficiency and productivity as well as reduce costs. For our B2B Sales business, we use our own developed software for pricing and quote calculations that allows tailor-made contract offers for our business customers in Germany. It consists of Web Frontend, based on JavaScript and the framework Sencha Ext.js Backend in ASP.Net with REST API. Programming language C# Oracle Database The application is hosted in Azure and is closely linked to the CRM and various other energy-specific solutions. We are looking for a Fullstack Developer for support and further development. What are you gonna do? As a Fullstack Developer (JavaScript / .Net), you are passionate about the design of modern costing systems for customized customer solutions and automation of business processes as well as the maintenance of productive applications. Your goal is comprehensive professional advice, state-of-the-art development and support along our Service Level Agreements and the related guidelines. The application is embedded in our integrated IT landscape. Your tasks and responsibilities: As part of your activity, you play an important role in developing a central software solution in the Vattenfall B2B Sales Germany environment Your main task is to implement existing technical requirements independently and sustainably As a full-stack developer, you work both in front and backend, using technologies such as C#, JavaScript, Oracle DB and Sencha Ext JS The support of interfaces to other applications (e.g. CRM, Tranchenmanagement, Data Hub) as well as the further development of integrative components (e.g. web frontends, backend and database development) are your tasks You ensure high code quality (Clean Code) and quality assurance (Testing) by using common methods and practices In addition to developing new requirements, the troubleshooting and maintenance of the existing software is one of your tasks. Together with your colleagues, you work in a development team in close cooperation with project management You work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems Location Berlin

That's what you bring General Training as a computer scientist (high school/university) or comparable training or professional experience in software development At least 2-3 years of professional or project experience Good knowledge of German and English Good communication skills Vision and interest in modern software architecture, coupled with endurance in tolerance in programming and maintenance of Leagcy systems. Technical Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML Knowledge of CSS Knowledge of at least one modern front-end framework (Angular, React.js, Vue.js, or other ideal additionally a .Net framework such as MVC, Razor Pages, Blazor.

Knowledge of REST API Design Very good knowledge of the programming language C# and ASP.Net Very good knowledge of the principles of objectorating programming. Knowledge of Domain Driven Design. Ideally with corresponding project experience Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure VM Hosting, App Hosting, Key Management, Authentication (OAuth), Messaging Systems / - Broker
