From booking the receipts and clarifications of the open items to the further development of accounting processes – there is a lot to do. Agil work: support in the daily management and organization of the financial department and work on daily requests in the field of accounting Glossary: Implementation of bookings for credit and debitoral invoices, sales reports, accounting statements, and creation and accounting of consignation invoices Certainly act: performing manual payments and carrying out payment transactions to ensure smooth payment Keep an overview: Create monthly financial reports to support management in decision-making and support in assessing and evaluating stocks to ensure accurate inventory management Ensure everything: sending sales tax messages, creating summary messages (ZM) to comply with legal regulations and support in the creation of the annual Capex planning as well as in the creation of Capex messages Acting team-oriented: taking representation tasks for holidays and diseases within the financial department
