Head of Training Campus Rostock - Technical Education and Training (m/f/d)

You take on the overall responsibility for our professional and technical training and further training at our Rostock Education Centre – from strategic planning to operational implementation. You guide the educational center autonomously and always keep in mind budget, offering and billing of all services. You guide the trainer team professionally and accompany our trainees and dual students in their personal and professional development. You actively shape the E.DIS training strategy and ensure that it is successfully implemented in the educational centre. You drive forward the further development and optimization of our training and further training processes. You control the technical training in all their facets – from recruiting new apprentices and dual students, to organizing training courses, to implementing tailor-made programs for internal and external stakeholders. You work closely with professional and academic institutions, chambers, audit committees and internal departments and customers and represent our training professionally to the outside. Together with the disciplines, you shape a future-oriented training portfolio and further develop suitable training opportunities.

You have a Diploma or Master degree – ideally with a technical and educational background. You have extensive experience in the field of technical training and technical qualifications. Your knowledge of didactics and methodology allows you to prepare learning content structured, practical and contemporary. You love to make decisions – thought-out and based on an analytical approach. You have the pleasure of change and actively promote innovation and digitalization in training.
