Be you. In the Dual-Brand Hotel „Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel“ two premium brands join an employer! You burn for events, love big banquets and keep an overview of several hundred international guests? Then start with us as a Banquet Supervisor (m/w/d) and create unforgettable events – from preparation to the last guest. Two brands – endless possibilities! Your main tasks include: You conduct independent layers in the banquet area and ensure smooth running during events, conferences and events. Together with the Banquet Manager & Assistant Banquet Manager, you coordinate set-ups, service processes and team schedules. You are a contact person for our international guests and care for professional, warm support – even with special wishes or guest complaints. You carry out briefings, support the team in operational service and ensure efficient work processes. You monitor compliance with all hygiene and safety standards as well as our Marriott service and quality requirements. You work closely with Event Sales, Kitchen and other departments to ensure the best possible implementation of our events.

Be distract. You have a completed training in the hotel or restaurant area or already relevant professional experience in the event or banquet area. You bring first leadership experience or want to make the next step in a responsible position. You also keep a cool head in stressful situations and master professional guest recovery. Your communicative way distinguishes you and you feel comfortable in both the German and English languages; every other foreign language is a plus. You like to work in the team, take action and enjoy motivating people and successfully implementing events.
