The VIA Perspectives gGmbH is a subsidiary in the VIA company network with various locations in the three Berlin regions – Pankow, Neukölln and Treptow-Köpenick. Own-sponsored management of a housing stock of about 450 units in a non-profit context Correspondence and coordination with landlords, owners and external service providers Organisation and implementation of the further rental to our clients in close cooperation with the social specialist departments Creation, testing and adaptation of rental contracts, including legal examination of rental increases and operating expenses Processing of rental enquiries, dismissals and housing withdrawals and transfers Ensuring compliance with statutory and contractual requirements in rental law and real estate management Support in the development of occupancy strategies in social and economic terms Cooperation with technical service providers

Completed training as a real estate businessman or a comparable qualification in real estate Knowledge of rental rights, in particular in the area of rent increases and operating expenses First professional experience in housing management, ideally with social or non-profit background Safe written and oral expressiveness and routined handling of business correspondence Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation High social competence, especially in the handling of sensitive target groups Knowledge of master data management for independent application Served application of industry software DOMUS as well as common MS Office applications Teamability, resilience and willingness to interdisciplinary cooperation Ideal knowledge of processes in non-profit organisations
