Tax Manager (m/f/d)

Tax planning within the group of companies: You contribute to the tax advice and support of our international business activities. Transfer pricing: You ensure compliance with the international billing price guidelines and are involved in the creation and updating of the billing price documentation. Tax compliance: You control the proper creation of tax returns and balance sheets and ensure compliance with all reporting requirements. Project management: You support tax projects such as the integration of new subsidiaries or the tax accompaniment of restructuring. Audits: You support the preparation and monitoring of national and international audits. Communication: You are a contact person for internal stakeholders as well as for external tax advisors and authorities.

Education: You have a degree in economics, law or a comparable qualification. A successfully completed tax consultant exam is of advantage, but no need. Professional experience: You bring several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in international tax law, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry, an audit firm or a multinational corporation tax department. Expertise: You have well-founded knowledge in German and international tax law, ideally also in the field of billing prices (transfer pricing) Languages: You speak German and English fluently in word and writing. Soft Skills: You are characterized by analytical skills, a proactive way of working and the ability to communicate complex facts in a comprehensible way.
