As a product developer in the baking industry, you develop your own new products, revise existing recipes and perform test series as well as competitive comparisons - and you also check raw materials from alternative suppliers You create recipes, develop quality parameters, carry out checks and document your results in work reports You present development projects with the customer and accompany the product and process implementation You bring your ideas not only to the paper, but also to the oven: In the bakery, you take routine tasks such as plausibility checks, comparison jaws or complaint processing

You have a training or study as a food technologe, chemist, biotechnologe, ecotrophologe or in a comparable area An additional training as a baker or confectioner is advantageous You bring a clear affinity for making baked goods - ideally you already have bakery technology knowledge You work accurately, carefully and reliably You are a team-capable, you stay in stressful situations and you are passionate about your tasks
