As a construction manager, you take responsibility for our nationwide projects. You ensure a smooth operation in compliance with cost, appointment, technical and legal requirements.

Chemnitz | Full time | IL_CH_51064 In compliance with costs, appointments and technical and legal requirements, you will process the daily business and projects. You care that the right material is in the right place at the right time and coordinate entrepreneurs and our assembly staff. You make agreements with the builders during construction meetings, conduct construction diary, organize and carry out construction work and create dimensions. You are communicative and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

You have completed vocational training as an industrial insulator:in or comparable training. You bring experience in the management of construction sites including personnel responsibility. You are characterized by a customer-oriented, reliable and independent operation. You are owned by the Class B licence.
