Leading projects: You take responsibility for the planning, control and monitoring of free line construction projects – from the first idea to the successful completion. You are regularly present at the construction sites and accompany the implementation on site. Construction management for small construction measures: You coordinate the construction design at the construction site, monitor the progress of construction and compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards and ensure the smooth running of all construction activities. Organize team work: You coordinate all participants – from internal colleagues to subcontractors and suppliers to the relevant specialist departments and assembly teams at the construction site. Ensure quality: Thanks to your expertise, you will ensure that appointments, costs and quality standards are complied with at any time. In addition, check the professional execution of the work on site. Customer contact: You are central contact persons for customers, authorities, property owners and other stakeholders and represent the project competently to the outside. Documenting construction sites: You create scales, building day reports and support in the documentation and billing of construction services. Optimize processes: Together with your team, you analyze and improve existing processes and contribute to the continuous development of our projects and construction site processes.

Complete engineering, technician or master training in the electrical/metal sector Multiannual experience in project management in the field of energy technology/discharge building Representative communication and leadership skills and team spirit Entrepreneurial thinking, cost awareness and negotiation skills Driving licence Class B and readiness to travel within the framework of project requirements very good knowledge of German in word and writing
