Take over all phases of the performance of HOAI during planning, construction and entertainment in the field of constructive engineering Planning, monitoring and evaluation of building land investigations and land assessments using the latest laws and guidelines Conducting and monitoring the building test according to DIN 1076 and evaluating the test reports Maintenance of the SIB-Bauwerke database Coordinating and monitoring the planning and execution of engineering offices and other contracted third parties, including cost and time control and quality assurance Taxes and plans of projects with internal and external stakeholders as well as testing external investigations, good-night orders and planning Presentation and representation of the projects to be processed in urban bodies and the local council, including the preparation of submissions and opinions

Completed geo- or engineering studies (min. Diplom-FH/Bachelor) which qualified for the performance of the tasks, preferably in the course of study Civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering Multiannual professional experience in project management for new construction and conservation measures of engineering structures Experience in the application of the spare parts regulation is advantageous Knowledge of the building examination according to DIN 1076 are advantageous Knowledge of how to use the SIB building database is advantageous Good knowledge in procurement, HOAI, contract and road traffic law (especially StVO, HStrG) and the rules in bridge construction, such as ZTV-Ing and the applicable DIN standards, are advantageous.
