You actively enter stock and new customers in the internal service, strengthen customer loyalty and implement sales actions. You sell spare parts and services, work closely with the service centre and care for all activities in our CRM system. Through telephone customer contact and MS teams, you can intensify customer loyalty in a targeted and proactive manner

You carry out sales activities independently and implement service and marketing actions

The active sale of spare parts and services is also one of your tasks

You take care of customers in the Online Part Store (PCC)

Close and coordinated cooperation with the service centre is necessary for the successful performance of the activity.

You can document the collected information continuously in the Salesforce CRM system
