Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Leipzig As a central contact person, you are strategically and operationally introducing your automotive knowledge into our panning aid and designing efficient repair and support processes. You build a central knowledge database and manage it. In close cooperation with other Bosch units, you ensure that all content is always up to date, relevant and of high quality. You feel proactive knowledge gaps and close them. You’ll start understandable instructions and training documents that enable our service agents to provide drivers with effective “first aid” on the phone, often with the result that You can continue directly to the workshop. In parallel, you make sure that our external partners are also well trained and equipped for their deployments. You design and accompany training programs. You monitor the success of the training and make sure that the teams always have the latest knowledge so that we can continuously increase our service quality. You opt for the interface between 1st and 2nd level support. You define clear communication and escalation paths to ensure seamless handover and quick processing, so complex cases without detours will land directly with the right expert. Training: a completed technical training (e.g. as a motor vehicle mechatronic or automotive technician) or a comparable and excellent experience in fault diagnosis Experiences and know-how: ideally Cross-OEM experience and a deep understanding of different vehicle models and technologies, practical experience in customer service or technical support, ideally from the panning aid Working method: structured, analytical, solution-oriented, ability to convey complex technical content in a precise, comprehensible and targeted manner Personality: Team player with high self-initiative and a strong service mentality, interest in new technologies such as AI and AR and their use in the service sector Languages: Very good English and advanced German skills
