Career changer for retraining as a machine operator for tamping technology

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a cross-release:in order to retrain to:in Stopftechnik (w/m/d) for DB Bahnbau Group GmbH at the location Freiburg (Breisgau), Friedrichshafen, Heilbronn, Karlsruhe, Ludwigsburg, Offenburg, Saarbrücken, Stuttgart, Tübingen or Ulm. Together with your colleague, you are working in changing places and get to know a variety of different construction sites. This is what you expect during your retraining:

• You will receive a shortened training for the operation of large-scale construction machines and will then be used as machine operators:
• During retraining, you will be taught expertise in practice and theory
• A training period of 12 months is expected

After your retraining, you take the following activities:

• You carry and serve self-service stuffing machines, quick-chotter-planning machines, dynamic track stabilizers and track surveying cars
• The stand-alone cooperation in repairing and need repairs of the machines are also part of your task
• You are responsible for the independent takeover of transfer journeys between the construction sites
• Together with your colleague: you are in use on changing construction sites throughout Germany (assembly activity)

Your profile:

• You have a completed vocational training in the industrial and technical field, e.g. as construction equipment manager:in, Schlosser:in, Tiefbauer:in, Maurer:in, Mechatroniker:in, Elektriker:in etc., and ideally brings professional experience as machine operator:in with
• A valid license class B is required
• You bring a high level of loadability, flexibility, mobility with
• Team skills, initiative, commitment and loyalty are also among your strengths
• Ready to work irregularly, frequent weekend and night shifts complete your profile
