IT-side support and consulting of the assigned departments as a central contact point for requirements, IT products and processes Management of measures, improvement of value added and harmonisation of requirements taking into account IT governance Contact for our employees and system manufacturers Responsibility for assigned applications and IT products over the entire life cycle – from innovation and advice to operation and further development Sourcing of applications, operational demand and process management as well as operational and quality management Ensuring the use of cloud services and their application models (e.g. PaaS, SaaS etc.) as well as the central EAM cloud platforms in the introduction and further development of products Acquiring and updating process knowledge in the assigned topics and taking responsibility as a process owner for internal IT processes Developing the system landscapes of the EAM network’s technical units in line with the IT strategy and supporting new business models Support in implementing IT projects

Completed studies of (economic) informatics or other qualifications and multi-year relevant professional experience Knowledge of project management such as PRINCE2 desirable Basic Cloud Knowledge Experience in handling AI systems such as M365 Copilot desirable Customer orientation, communication strength and readiness to change Private initiative and conflict stability Precise and Structured Procedure Responsible and Economic Action Good knowledge of English Very good knowledge of German in word and writing driving licence class B
