About the company

Total responsibility for operating operations in the DACH region including comprehensive P&L management Strategic and operational management of the site as well as sustainable development of structures, processes and organisation Control and development of Commercial Operations, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality Assurance and other supporting functions Ensuring an efficient, economical and regulatoryly consistent organization taking into account GDP and GMP requirements Analysis and optimization of existing processes and the introduction of clear responsibilities, decision-making and performance indicators Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, resource management and performance and risk management Further development of procurement and sales structures and support for market entry and growth strategies Building and maintaining strategic relationships with customers, manufacturers, business partners and relevant stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and life science environment Promoting digitalization, operational excellence and continuous improvement Close cooperation with international leadership teams and participation in strategic corporate decisions

Successfully completed studies of life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, biology, economics or a comparable discipline Founded leadership experience in leading positions within the pharmaceutical industry, pharmaceutical wholesale, distribution or a comparable regulated environment Detectable experience in managing profit centers including P&L responsibility, budget planning and KPI control Very good knowledge of regulatory requirements and experience in dealing with GDP, GMP and quality systems Experience in the further development of organisations, the implementation of transformation projects and in change management Impressed leadership skills with the ability to develop powerful teams and promote cross-disciplinary cooperation Entrepreneurial thinking, high level of implementation and a pragmatic and solution-oriented working style German and English skills readiness to travel regularly within the DACH region and internationally
