We offer you the position at Frankfurt am Main in the area of sales:

Strategy: You develop decarbonization strategies and implement them for large name-based customers in the Rhine-Main region - from concept development to contract negotiations to commissioning and handing over to the company.

Project management: You control projects and accompany them from planning, approval and construction to implementation - always with a focus on sustainability and compliance with legal requirements.

Budget & Resource Responsibility: You plan and control compliance with budgets, resources and timetables for large B2B decarbonization projects.

Stakeholder management: You present project progress at all levels of leadership, represent the projects in committees, and are central to internal and external stakeholders and customers.

Team leadership: You professionally lead an interdisciplinary team of internal departments and external service providers and develop them further.

Higher education (ideally in engineering, energy or a comparable field) as well as extensive experience in the planning and implementation of complex energy projects

Ability to strategically evaluate and negotiate projects - including technical, legal and economic aspects

Experience in the energy market as well as a thorough understanding of the energy and decarbonization technologies

High customer orientation, combined with a secure occurrence towards internal and external stakeholders and bodies

Result and solution-oriented operation, complemented by a sense of innovative approaches in project development
