Dual Study 2025 Bachelor of Laws Social Security Law - Focus on Audit Service Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)

No pension, no rehabilitation, no health insurance. So that we can all benefit from the benefits of the Solidarity Community, people need to keep an eye on the contribution payments. As an auditor, you control the reports of the companies so that you can decide on the repayments or credits of social security contributions. Supported by our IT, you work alternately at home office, at local customers and regularly meet your colleagues in the respective test office or Skype at team meetings. As the largest pension insurance institution in Germany, the German Pension Insurance Bund (DRV Bund) offers 50 dual study places each year with a focus on the audit service. Your dual study starts with 2 theory blocks á 4 months and then practice and theory are continuously changing. The first theory block takes place for all students in Berlin, while you will become “cleaning” in the practice of your examination office for a week. From the second theory block you will study depending on your test district, either continue in Berlin or change permanently to Bochum. In addition to the social security law, exciting modules and content await you in the theory modules, such as: BWL, Tax Law, Controlling, Administrative Law, Accounting, Financial Accounting and Accounting. The practical modules will take place in your test office and in the field service. There you will learn how to carry out audits, partly also in personal contact with the companies, tax advisors and payroll accountants. Use your theoretical knowledge, deepen your communication and cooperation skills and prepare for your later work.

You have (special) abitur or you will get it until the start of your studies or a middle school degree (MSA)/real school degree in conjunction with a successfully completed study-related vocational training as a social security specialist or tax specialist, industrial businessman/wife or banker/wife. You can inspire yourself for legal texts. You want a varied job, with many different contacts. You have exceptionally good social and communicative skills and want to use them. You are responsible, enduring and can organize yourself very well. You would like to work in your home region or look for a professional perspective in a specific region in Germany.

For students whose location is not Berlin, the costs for 2 family homes and 2 arrivals per month as well as for accommodation (private rooms at the joint hotel) are taken over during the theoretical modules in Berlin and/or Bochum. In addition, we pay a separation fee of 14€ gross/day. From 24.09.2025 - 30.09.2025 we organize onboarding days for common learning. The start of the contract is therefore already the 24.09.2025.
