You assume the overall technical responsibility for the business field of electrical and building technology incl. Explosion protection and medical and X-ray technology in Germany. In this role of the Regional Business Field Coordinator (m/w/d), you will conduct our technical and disciplinary management and design our business strategy and product portfolio with this and the German-wide management team. They are responsible for creating quality management and safety rules throughout the business field. Furthermore, our IT specialists support system and process optimization. They promote innovation and help to develop new services. They supervise accreditations, certifications and external audits together with our specialist bodies. As a network-strong personality, you act as a bridge builder between regions, teams and other business areas - both internally and externally.

A completed engineering studies or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in managing technical teams and/or developing technical services Wide knowledge of electrical and building technology, explosion protection and ideally in the medical or radio field Knowledge in the topics Quality Management Systems, HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and Process Landscapes System affinity and a good understanding of digital tools and structured work Experience in the leadership and development of technical teams Communication strength, networking skills and safe occurrence to internal and external stakeholders Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic vision and willingness to take responsibility
