Project management for new, re- and extension buildings in the context of the housing construction of BImA, here planning and implementation of new construction measures with comprehensive technical, economic, structural and sustainable requirements Pre-planning, creating location analyses, cost estimates, if necessary Call and award of feasibility studies Implementation of inventory surveys, implementation and verification of economic analysis, preparation of decision-making templates (basic assessment) Participation in the formulation of requirements, inventory and preparation of plan bases, objectives and schedules Reporting to the central office, e.g. on planning and economic requirements and funding provision Voting with approval authorities, designing, preparation and (cooperation with the) application of building rights, including approval planning Creating performance descriptions, construction and tender documents Support for tenders and awards of project taxers:internal or general contractors:internal or entrepreneurial services Defining the planning steps, performance phases/performance images, tendering and awarding of planning and construction services Implementation of/cooperation in procurement decisions Exercise of contracting entities:internal function, interface to contracted contractors:inside or other third parties involved in the project Coordination of the respective project processes between all project participants Coordination and implementation of planning and construction meetings Control of the construction process, possibly via third parties, ensuring the project objectives, maintaining costs, dates and qualities Warranty and defect management Contractual acceptance of all services of the projects, determination of defects and outstanding balances after completion of the work and control of its execution, determination of warranty claims handover of finished and detached apartments to the division Processing and decision of individual structural questions Technical opinions and technical examination of contracts, offers and invoices

Qualification: Graduate degree (Diplom [FH] or Bachelor) in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Comparative Qualification Competences: Multiannual professional experience in the planning and implementation of small and large new, re- and extension construction measures, in particular experience in the planning, awarding, implementation and control of small and large construction projects, including in the case of re-construction measures in the existing and ongoing operation Very good knowledge of all relevant structural and public regulations, standards and execution rules in the building/living building (e.g. RBBau, HOAI, VOB, VOL/B, VHB, UVgO, VGV, BauOBln, BbgBO, BauGB, BauNVO, DIN, BFR GB) Very good knowledge and ability to carry out complex economic calculations independently Very good knowledge of the current requirements for sustainable housing and GEG Possibly experiences in the support/support of construction projects of the public sector Secure IT user knowledge as well as other industry-specific software Other: Green and careful operation with high reliability good organizational capacity; Capacity for economic thinking and action Good understanding, analytical thinking Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflows Good expressiveness in word and writing Representative communication, motivation, criticism and team skills, social competence Representative pedagogical competence readiness, initiative, flexibility, high load capacity Ready for business trips
