Own-sponsored operation, monitoring and maintenance of Windows servers (possibly also Linux) from installation and configuration of new servers and services, implementation of updates, patches and system maintenance, analysis and troubleshooting in the 1st/2nd level environment to active cooperation in infrastructure and change projects Operation and maintenance of the complete Endpoint environment, automated software distribution and patch management Self-employed implementation of curing measures and safety guidelines for endpoints, virus protection and vulnerability management support Management of Active Directory, Group Policy and User Accounts, Licensing Support and Compliance Tests Service Desk support for technically demanding tickets, production and maintenance of technical documentation and operating instructions Take over the role of the change manager with ensuring compliance with IT service processes

Completed IT training e.g. specialist:in) or comparable Found experience in operating Windows servers, Active Directory and client management, ideally also basic knowledge in Linux systems Expertise in Endpoint and Patch Management, Virus Protection and IT Security Experience in handling asset and license management systems Standing for occasional missions Very good German and good English skills
