In the CJD vocational training work Frechen live in the metropolis region Cologne and learn 200 young women and men during their rehabilitation. You complete initial vocational training in over 30 occupations.

A completed training as a youth and home educatorin, curative nursein, educator*in or a comparable qualification / study Experience in working with young people Empathy and interest in the lives of the target group Structured and independent operation Communication skills, team skills and positive attitude Reliability and flexibility in everyday work Safe self-organization and independent appearance The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
