Your tasks

Your tasks include:

  • Care of the technical-handicraft area for the entire property of the museum (control of building and exhibition technology, monitoring of building condition and cleanliness, carrying out smaller repairs)
  • Contact person for external craft companies and coordination of works on site
  • Responsibility for the in-house workshop
  • Participation in the care of the collections in the magazine and outdoor storage in cooperation with the restorer (order, proper storage and packaging)
  • Up and down of exhibitions (Vitrin building, suspension, illumination)
  • Transport and shopping in the museum's transporter
  • Technical support for events and accompanying special and major events

We expect

  • A completed vocational training in a craft profession (table, locksmith, etc.) is absolutely necessary
  • Multiannual practical experience in technical and craftsmanship
  • A driving licence of class B (car with trailer) is mandatory; a truck driver license is advantageous
