They are responsible for the design and implementation of business and IT processes in the field of customer order, contract and service management. Take care of the design and implementation of IT solutions based on SAP CRM Service and SAP SD/LE using agile implementation methods. The analysis and optimization of processes in cooperation with the department as well as the second level support for the process area are one of your exciting tasks. They are contact persons for other process areas to ensure consistent integrated process and IT solutions.

Education: completed university studies of business administration, economic informatics, economic engineering or a comparable qualification. As an alternative, relevant training as well as additional extensive professional experience and qualified training or a comparable qualification Experiences and know-how: several years of experience in the design and implementation of IT solutions in the field of SAP CRM Service and SAP SD/LE including Middleware. First (partial) project management experience as well as technical experience, ideally also in programming, are of advantage. First S4 migration experiences in the service area are also advantageous.
