For our Pflege-Wohngemeinschaften in der Niederlassung Halle (Salle) we are looking for a Pflegefachkraft/Teamleitung (m/w/d) at the next possible time. The place must be occupied in parttime (30-35 hours/week).

Tasks

• Treatment care
• Individual and needs-oriented care of our clients

• Communication with doctors, clinics and relatives
• Medication and regulation management
• Technical documentation

Preconditions

• Completed three-year training in nursing or nursing
• Class B driving licence
• Very good communication capability
