These are your tasks:

As an important part of our collegial team, you make a decisive contribution through your independent processing of laboratory samples so that doctors can create diagnostics and treatment plans. Your duties include:

• Sample preparation and distribution: Careful and precise processing of samples to ensure smooth further processing.
• Execution of routine diagnostics: They take over the analysis in the fields of clinical chemistry, haematology, coagulation diagnosis, immunohaematology and urine analysis with highest accuracy.
• Validation of results: Check your expertise and validate the analysis results on various analysis machines.
• Quality controls: They are responsible for carrying out internal and external quality controls and thus contribute to ensuring laboratory quality.
• Explanation of requirements: In case of unclear requirements, both internally and with the senders will clarify any uncertainties and ensure efficient communication.
• Versatile laboratory activities: They perform additional tasks such as maintenance work, orders and support the team in various administrative activities.

• You have a successfully completed, recognized vocational training as MT-L or MTLA (m/w/d), study or completed study of biology / microbiology / bioanalytical chemistry / life science or a comparable qualification
• First professional experience is of advantage, but also professional beginners are welcome to us!
• Ideally, you have good knowledge of clinical chemistry, hematology and immunohaematology .
• They are willing to work in the daily laboratory and take care of weekend and holiday services.
• A strong sense of responsibility, high flexibility as well as an independent and careful way of working.
• They bring a basic technical understanding and computer skills.
