The Information and Communication Technology (luK) department at the Landesamt für Steuer Niedersachsen (LStN) serves as IT service provider of the Lower Saxony tax administration the hardware and software for around 12,000 employees in the LStN and in the 59 financial offices. The generated tax revenues will enable the financing of state tasks such as education, security and infrastructure. As part of the project KONSENS (coordinated new software development of the tax administration), the IuK department also provides software products for the financial offices throughout the federal territory. KONSENS is the most successful e-government project of public administration and at the same time the largest digitization project in Germany.

Your tasks:

• Training and training of colleagues who are Java developers Java developers create CONSENS software,

• knowledge of surface development with SWT (Standard Widget Toolkit) and React and TypeScript,
• experience in software development and maintenance and development of applications,
• knowledge in the areas of fault analysis, automation and administration of own development,
