In this position, you take on the holistic responsibility for a branch – from the leadership of the team to the control of sales processes to ensuring economic key figures. A practice-oriented personality is sought, which motivates employees, organizes processes structured and actively represents the brand. General responsibility for the personal, organizational and commercial management of the branch Leadership, coaching and further development of the sales team including deployment planning and employee discussions Ensuring sales, earnings and service targets as well as active sales control Responsibility for smooth processes from the supply and order processing to delivery and complaint processing Implementation of merchandising, advertising and exhibition concepts as well as securing the store standards Expansion of regional networks and active new customers to strengthen brand presence

Multiannual experience in retail, ideal for furniture, kitchen or furniture environment Experience in the leadership and motivation of employees as well as pronounced commercial understanding and entrepreneurial thinking Sales-oriented working and enjoying direct customer contact combined with organizational talent, self-initiative and a structured working method Safe occurrence and communication and enforcement strength Hands-on mentality and readiness to actively participate in daily business
