GEA Group AG, a world leader in plant and mechanical engineering, is looking for an experienced and committed financial accountant to strengthen our financial team in Düsseldorf. In this challenging position, you contribute significantly to ensuring accurate and smooth financial accounting by responsible for the monthly and annual financial statements for IFRS and HGB and supporting the creation of the published annual accounts of the GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft.

Your tasks: · Implementation of monthly and annual financial statements in the main book according to IFRS and HGB · Support in the creation of the published annual accounts (HGB) of the GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft · Creation of monthly and annual reports for central areas such as consolidation, treasury and finance · Creation of monthly and annual reports in the field of taxes, including turnover tax, corporate tax and ZM · Close cooperation with the central functions as contact person for accounting issues (HGB / IFRS) · Coordination with auditors and auditors · Digitization and improvement of financial processes and participation in implementation · Participation in the current ERP migration project in S4/Hana and further follow projects
