You are responsible for our operational business, leading our teams and ensuring that quality, customer orientation and cost-effectiveness are right. You're moving with us You control operating operations and ensure reliable personnel, deployment and resource planning. You lead, motivate and develop our operative employees and executives. You ensure the agreed quality in our customer objects and take care of special requirements and complaints. You are a competent partner for customers and partners. You keep in mind costs, budgets and the cost-effectiveness of your area of responsibility. You develop processes, structures and sustainable cleaning concepts together with us.

That's what you bring Multiannual experience in building cleaning – ideally connected with leadership responsibility Masters in the building cleaner craft or a comparable professional qualification Experience in personnel deployment planning, quality assurance and customer support Commercial understanding and a good view of economic relations A clear, value-assuring and binding way to lead Organizational talent, self-initiative and the ability to keep an overview even in everyday operational situations driving licence class B
