You manage and tax existing investments, develop our portfolio of investments strategically and identify new business areas. Always with implementation and compliance with supervisory requirements (§24 KWG, §14 GewO or §9 MaBV). examines and evaluates potential acquisitions of holdings (playing due diligence) and take part in the relevant decision-making bodies for the purchase or sale of capital holdings. first analyzes, presentations, decision templates for different bodies and introduces your economic perspective. monitors the economic development of the holding companies and carries out risk analyses. If necessary, you will initiate risk mitigation measures. undertake tasks related to the establishment of the annual accounts of subsidiaries.

This is what you bring with you... a completed university degree, a degree as a bank manager (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. (first) experience in supporting and building participation structures. Alternative experiences in controlling, corporate finance or auditing. Own initiative and above-average communication skills - in word and writing. Mostly in German. very good strategic and analytical skills, self-initiative and willingness to engage in complex issues. a consistent and sustainable functioning coupled with high conceptual capabilities in implementing regulatory requirements. very good MS Office knowledge
