Your tasks in the field of domestic engineering (HLS) - Focus on ventilation:

• Operation and maintenance of building equipment (ventilation, cold)
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and fault diagnosis
• Implementation of safety and functional testing
• Documentation of technical work in the system

We wish you:

• Complete training as plant mechanic SHK, central heating and ventilation manufacturer, gas and water installer or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in building technology / facility management
• Good knowledge of ventilation or refrigeration technology desirable
• Knowledge of metalwork of advantage
• Good knowledge of German
• Service orientation & team capability
• driving licence class B of advantage, but no condition
