AI Developer Security*

You develop safe AI/LLM-based applications – from idea to productive use. IT architecture is your thing? Perfect – you design security-by-design, API security and thought-out authorization concepts and ensure secure data flows as well as stable integrations. Guardrails, input/output validation, secure execution controls as well as logging, monitoring and alerting are just among you. Least Privilege is not a buzzword for you, but a standard – you create structures that make risks visible and manageable at an early stage. You think like an attacker: Threat Modeling, Security Testing and AI Red Teaming are daily practice for you. Prompt Engineering and the Evaluation of LLM Outputs? Right here, make sure that results remain comprehensible, high quality and safe. You work with modern AI tools such as Codex, Claude Code or Copilot Agents and use Agent Frameworks (e.g. OpenClaw) to efficiently implement solutions. Topics such as RAG (Retrieval, Sources, Chunking, Embeddings) as well as data protection will help you to bring safe AI solutions into live operation together with cybersecurity, IT and specialist areas.

Security is not an addition to you, but the basis of modern AI solutions – and so think and act in your daily work. You bring several years of experience in software development – ideally focusing on security, AI or both – and have already implemented productive, high-quality solutions. Secure by Design is a practice for you: You move safely into topics such as architecture, API security, authentication, and keep an eye on the entire lifecycle with Secure SDLC, Logging, Monitoring and Auditing. The use of modern AI technologies is of course for you – tools such as Codex, Claude Code or Copilot Agents as well as Agent Frameworks (e.g. OpenClaw) are targeted and reflected. Prompt Engineering, the evaluation of LLM outputs as well as topics such as RAG (Retrieval, Sources, Chunking, Embeddings) belong to the tool box – quality and safety go hand in hand for you. Analytical in mind, pragmatic in action: You recognise risks early on, think about data protection and regulatory requirements and keep track of complex issues relating to security and compliance. Last but not least, very good German and English skills complete your profile for us.
