Senior Manager, International Business Expansion, Group Finance (m/f/d)

Combining people & interests: You bring international stakeholders together, moderate votes and ensure transparent, trusting cooperation across areas and countries. Global Blueprint & Processes: You develop a global blueprint for new country and entity setups and design efficient end-to-end processes that optimally take into account legal, fiscal and financial requirements. Project Management International Expansion: You control cross-functional projects from idea to go-live, keeps timelines, risks and deliverables in mind and secure clear communication. Legal, Tax & Finance Setup: Together with internal expert:inside, you coordinate registrations, governance, tax and finance topics and ensure compliance-compliant implementation Rollout & Continuous Improvement: You build scalable rollout models for future expansions and continuously develop best practices.

Professional experience: You have at least 3–5 years of experience in a comparable role (e.g. International Expansion, Entity Setup or Finance Transformation). Consultancy background (probably): Ideally, you bring project experience from an internationally operating corporate consultancy or an internationally operating group. Qualification: You have a degree in BWL, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law or a comparable field, as well as a good understanding of legal entity structures, governance and tax requirements. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English to safely control international projects and to take stakeholders. Softskills: You work cooperatively, structured and solution-oriented, listen actively, create clarity and take responsibility to achieve strong results together with your team. .
