Your tasks: Working in consulting projects on sales strategy, marketing and digital transformation – e.g. business models, go-to-market and growth strategies, sales channel strategies and top-line extraction initiatives Development of strategies and solutions as well as questions of existing patterns of thought – with a fingertip feeling – to prepare sound decisions together with the customer structuring complex problems, deriving hypotheses and translation of findings into clear recommendations for action Own responsibility of workstreams, including analytics, business cases, stakeholder interviews, workshop design and generation as well as outcome preparation Close cooperation in the team with colleagues, customers and continuous development of methods, templates and consulting approaches

Your profile: Very good Master's degree at a university or university - preferably economics, business informatics or comparable courses Multiannual relevant experience in corporate/strategy consulting or relevant industry experience with strategic focus Embossed analytical and conceptual strength: You abstract complex facts quickly and prepare them understandably and convincingly Excellent communication and presentation capability – you convince at all decision and management levels High self-responsibility, team spirit, resilience and commitment readiness and joy to cooperate with the customer on site (mainly in the Stuttgart region) Very good user knowledge of MS Office products as well as collaboration tools such as Mural, Microsoft Teams etc desirable Very good experience in the application of modern AI-based tools Very good German and English skills (Business English) in word and writing, as well as further language skills of advantage More information: The activity is to be filled in full time at the Leinfelden-Echterdingen site at the next possible time and is indefinite.
