As a deputy service coordinator (m/w/d), your task is to plan, prepare and ensure an optimal customer service. Your contribution will enable our service workers to achieve their goals and promote business growth. You plan and coordinate worldwide service operations and keep the overview You organize and prepare business trips – from A to Z You support our customers and service technicians with technical support (national and international) You start offerings, follow them and actively engage in sales activities You take over tool management in AS3 You deal with visa issues and coordinate occupational medical examinations (G examinations) You perform general commercial and administrative tasks

You have a completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d) or technology (m/w/d) You work service-oriented and always look at the customer You convince by an open and value-estimating approach to customers and colleagues You like to work in the team, take active action, are flexible, resilient and also keeps the overview in stressful situations You bring good English knowledge in word and writing You'll be safe with MS Office and have an ideal experience in handling SAP We encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all requirements.
