In your role as HR Controlling & Workforce Analytics (m/w/d), you connect people, data and systems and actively shape the further development of our HR controlling and reporting landscape.

You take over the disciplined leadership of the HR Controlling team (3 employees), keeps in mind priorities, projects and specialist topics – the operational work is done independently. You develop and optimise workforce analytics dashboards, HR KPIs and reports that create real added value. You create, analyze and interpret personal statistics as well as ad hoc evaluations for different stakeholders. You provide decision-relevant data for different internal and external stakeholders. You drive the digitalization, automation and optimization of our HR control processes. You introduce your SAP-SuccessFactors experience and accompany the transformation of our HR system landscape. You actively work on projects related to reporting, analytics and HR systems.

You have a commercial degree (e.g. BWL with a focus on personnel/controlling/finance) or a comparable training. You bring at least 10 years of professional experience in HR Controlling / Personalcontrolling. You have profound experience with SAP SuccessFactors (EMPLOYEE CENTRAL) - ideally over several years. You are very safe in handling Excel; Experience with Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud or similar tools is a plus. You have a good feel for KPIs, dashboards and workforce analytics structures. Your knowledge of English is reliable, especially for cooperation with our international colleagues. First experience in guidance or coordination of a small team is completely sufficient – you don't have to be a long-term leader.
