Coordination of external companies and personal personnel for maintenance and repair measures – from commissioning to successful implementation on site Creating offers, decision templates and orders, as well as checking and billing of services provided Support for operational and strategic projects as well as in daily operational business and quality management Participation in commercial and accounting processes, e.g. audit of accounts, cost tracking and reporting Maintenance of master data in our systems and telephone support of our customers in case of queries Time-limit monitoring (warnings, audits, contracts) as well as planning of holidays and representation in the team, in order to ensure the procedures at any time

A completed commercial or craft training, alternatively a completed study Basic knowledge and ideally first experience in the technical or service-oriented environment A pronounced service orientation, pleasure in working with customers and partners as well as high team capability Secure handling of MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word); Experience with ERP/FM systems is advantageous A structured and reliable way of working with which you can keep track of work-intensive phases
