Preparation and presentation of food by recipes and quality standards Preparation and processing of food Planning and organization of daily kitchens Ensuring consistently high quality and attractive presentation Compliance with hygiene, quality and safety regulations (HACCP) Control of stocks and support for orders Professional storage and processing of food Cleaning and care of the workplace and kitchen appliances Cooperation with the entire kitchen and service team

Completed training as cook/cooking or comparable qualification Professional experience in gastronomy or hotel industry of advantage Passion for good food and creative cuisine Reliable, structured and independent operation Teamability and durability Responsibility and high quality awareness Ready for weekend and holiday services
