HSE Manager (Occupational Safety, Fire Protection, Environmental Protection) BU Dressing & Sauces (m/f/d)

As HSE Manager (m/w/d), you take active care of the areas of work, fire and environmental protection at our two dressing locations. You ensure that all operational and legal requirements are implemented. You develop, monitor and optimize internal standards and guidelines and report directly to the management. Together with the specialist departments, you create relevant documentation and organize on work safety, fire and environmental protection. Site visits, audits and training for our employees are also part of your task. You design safety and environmental management standards in close cooperation with the interfaces. As a central contact person, you will also advise employees, management, authorities and partners (m/w/d) on all issues relating to occupational safety, accident prevention and fire and environmental protection.

You have a successfully completed technical study or a further education as a master / technician (m/w/d) with additional qualification as a specialist for occupational safety (m/w/d). (m/w/d) is desirable. You have already gained professional experience in the industrial HSE field. Your organizational and analytical skills as well as your talent in dealing with people allow you to set priorities and efficiently manage schedules. You are a service-oriented personality with willingness to design and actively promote changes. Flowing German knowledge as well as know-how in the common computer programs complete your profile.
