Your tasks - You make the difference with us: You plan, control and conduct test activities in challenging IT projects – from test strategy to final report.

You work closely with departments, developers and IT operations.

You analyse requirements, risks and dependencies, and then conduct the appropriate test measures.

You coordinate test teams to provide test data and test environments and moderate relevant coordination processes.

You make risks visible and communicate clearly and transparently with a focus on solutions.

You create matching test structures and processes that meet current challenges.

You develop our test strategy, test processes, test tools and test teams - with scalability, automation and the people involved.

Your profile - This is what you enthuse us: You have studied computer science or you have a comparable qualification.

You have several years of experience in test management and ideally an ISTQB certificate.

Your knowledge of test methods, test design, processes and automation are versatile and up-to-date.

Leadership lies to you: you convince by team skills and strong communication skills.

Self-employment, a structured way of working and reliability are your strengths.

You speak German very well and you can also communicate in English.

Your passion for software quality drives you – you are ready to learn and enjoy taking responsibility.

You are aware of the strengths you bring in, and you are looking for quality and people.

You have already gained experience in test automation, CI/CD, ALM, Jira/Confluence or XRAY/Zephyr (ideally even as an admin).

Scrum, project management and additional ISTQB certificates as well as programming skills are of advantage for you.
