Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Ludwigsburg We are looking for a:n Partner Manager:in – Ecosystem to drive the development and daily management of the Bosch Business Innovation global partner ecosystem. In close cooperation with the Ecosystem, you actively drive the identification and address of relevant partners, manage partnership initiatives, coordinate stakeholders and ensure effective implementation and follow-up. This is a practical role for people who have the pleasure of networking people, organizing complex initiatives and transferring strategic partnership opportunities into concrete measures. Your responsibilities: Manage and further development of the partner ecosystem: You control the identification, assessment, onboarding and ongoing management of partners such as venture builders, investors:inside, companies, universities, founders:inside, institutions and governments worldwide. You maintain partner relationships and coordinate regular exchanges and follow-ups. Promoting partnership initiatives: You control the preparation of partner appointments, suggestions, decision-making documents, business cases and materials for potential cooperation. You orchestrate commercial and contractual voting by compiling relevant information, coordinating internal contributions and documenting requirements as well as agreed next steps. Coordination of venture building activities: You control and coordinate operational activities related to international partnerships and venture building initiatives across regions, partners and Bosch functions. You provide clear responsibilities, schedules, deliverables and follow-up. Enable effective cooperation: You are driving forward the implementation of the governance, operating and collaboration frameworks defined for the ecosystem. You promote the flow of information and knowledge between partners, ventures and internal stakeholders. Networking internal and external stakeholders: You act as an operating interface between external partners, Bosch Business Innovation and relevant corporate functions. You coordinate stakeholders, meetings and decision-making processes. Tracking the Partner Performance: You are responsible for and maintaining an overview of the partner portfolio, activities, milestones and KPIs. You create regular reporting and identify potentials for improvement or for further cooperation.

Experiences in partnerships & innovation: Multiannual professional experience in partner management, business development, ecosystem management, corporate venturing, innovation management or in a comparable environment. Academic basis: Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a comparable discipline. Strong viability: ability to translate strategic targets into concrete activities, coordinate multiple workstreams and promote topics reliably from preparation to implementation to follow-up. Structured & analytical thinking: Safe in creating business cases, management presentations, partner assessments, decision documents and KPI-based reporting. Stakeholder:internal management:Expressed communication and relationship building competence with the ability to effectively coordinate across external partners:inside, ventures, corporate functions and different levels of organisation. Hands-on-Mentality: Proactive, pragmatic and safe to take responsibility for operational issues, in close cooperation with the Ecosystem and other stakeholders. International cooperation: experience in international, cross-functional and multicultural working environments. Languages: Safe English is required; German knowledge is advantageous.
