Tasks

• They advise our customers and process customer requests regarding online collection, product withdrawal, exchange, repairs, purchase processing (cassing) - passionate, customer-oriented, competent
• You perform administrative activities related to the sales process, financing, purchase on account, etc.
• You market our products on the various online platforms
• You are in contact with internal and external partners or product suppliers to all processes around repair
• They actively support customer events
• They take a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and offer simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints
• You maintain and implement predefined national standard policies, processes and behaviors

• You have knowledge and interest in products and trends in the Consumer Electronics industry
• They have a strong customer and service orientation
• They are strong in communication, strong in implementation and work solution-oriented
• You are a team player and have fun together
• You are ready to support the team even in the afternoon / evening and on Saturdays
