Continuous studies in the field of BWL or related fields such as marketing, service quality management, economic psychology or statistics and economics Strong interest in statistics as well as strong numerical affinity Passion to the position of the customer and accept customer-oriented thinking Good MS Office knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Good knowledge of English and very good German in writing and word Self-employed work and initiative combined with team spirit and openness for interface work with other teams Curiosity and perseverance to deepen themes and follow results-oriented Experiences with collaborative work tools (e.g. Miro, Confluence, etc.)
