Your duties Professional support of the reception area and the warm welcome of guests Acceptance and forwarding of telephone calls and processing of emails/post and coordination of courier services Administration of meeting rooms Support for administrative activities such as data management, correspondence and documentation management Ensuring a smooth run at reception Your place of work is at an international company in Grenzach Whylen. You work from Monday to Friday from 12:30 to 16:30 Professional experience in reception/assistance Commercial knowledge of advantage Good German as well as English skills in word and writing Good communication skills and a professional appearance Secure handling of MS Office and common office communication tools Organizational talent, initiative and sense of responsibility Teamability and high service orientation
