The three-year bachelor's degree is a practice-integrated dual course of study and takes place alternately with theory and practice. This means that you learn and complete the theory at the TH Würzburg-Schweinfurt in Würzburg and the practical phases are at our branch in Würzburg. General Higher Education and/or Higher Education/ Bachelor's degree or comparable degree A pre-practice of 12 weeks in the field of building capital is a prerequisite for study up to the start of the 3rd semester.
