In this key role, you create the foundations for a long-term culture of security, accompany the further establishment of the site and make a visible contribution to the success of the company.

The enrolled position offers the rare opportunity to develop a new site from the outset and to sustainably anchor the topics of occupational safety and safety culture.

Together with the executives, You develop the organizational and technical foundations for a sustainable safety culture at the site. You advise managers and employees on all issues of occupational safety, fire protection and relevant EHS topics. You plan and conduct risk assessments, training, instruction and prevention measures and ensure compliance with legal requirements. You accompany the further site construction and establish sustainable processes, standards and structures for effective work safety management. You coordinate internal and external contact persons, accompany audits and inspections and continuously develop occupational safety.

Graduated technical training with training as a master or technician (m/w/d) or a completed technical study as well as the qualification as a specialist for occupational safety. Multiannual professional experience in occupational safety within logistical or industrial operating environments. Experience in cooperation with operational executives and in the further development of safety standards and safety culture. knowledge of fire protection and a routined handling of the common Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is advantageous. You combine professional authority with pragmatic implementation strength and understand how to gain people for work security and anchor sustainable changes.
