Facility manager for the special forms of housing of integration assistance

You are responsible for the performance and quality assurance in accordance with the applicable laws and contracts, operational concepts and individual participation planning. You are responsible for the development and implementation of professional and educational concepts of the institutions. You are technical and content leading in the development and modernization of the site. You take over the specialist and service supervision for all employees of the facilities and ensure the necessary personnel and team development. You implement the management of the facilities including compliance with the annual budget and contribute to the creation of economic plans. You realize the occupancy of the places including the contractual implementation associated therewith.

A completed higher education in pedagogical and/or social and/or commercial. Area comprehensive knowledge of social legislation, in particular with regard to the framework conditions and conceptual requirements for integration aid institutions, multiannual professional experience in facilities for people with disabilities and well-founded leadership experience, in this respect marked communication skills the willingness to contribute and to develop professionally and personally.

You will receive an attractive basic fee with annual adjustment according to the operating agreement, a binding annual special payment, an additional pension with employer grant (VBL) as well as 30 days holiday year for recovery, compensation and new energy!
