Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Straubing We are looking for an experienced facility manager (m/w/d) that takes over and manages the proper operation of infrastructure and real estate in Germany and individual countries in Europe. They develop strategies to improve efficiency and cost savings and implement them. This includes monitoring energy consumption. As the controller for the Facility Management task area, you are responsible for creating and ensuring compliance with maintenance plans for our office and logistics locations. They are responsible for the planning, awarding and controlling of structures, repairs, rebuilding/reconstruction measures and building safety. They develop the emergency plan and are the first contact person in incidents. In addition, the monitoring of safety and environmental standards is in your area of responsibility, just like compliance with the standards of facility management. They work closely with the HSE area to ensure work safety and to ensure compliance with work instructions and legal regulations. The activity can be performed remotely.

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of facility management, architecture or completed training in connection with multi-year professional experience in facility management, construction or a comparable qualification. Experiences and know-how: multi-year professional experience in facility management and application-oriented knowledge of relevant standards and legal regulations. Experience in the production environment and connection of machines, knowledge in the supply technology / media supply, building planning, development, and construction or office planning of advantage. Personality and working methods: solution-oriented, proactive and structured working methods. High levels of persuasion and enforcement as well as target and result orientation. Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
