Your tasks

• Office organisation: You take care of all the small and big things that our office is running – from orders to coordination of appointments.
• ** You are our reliable connection to accounting and tax advisor.
• Support of the team: You perform general assistance tasks and ensure a smooth run in the daily business.

That's what you bring

• Experience in a comparable assistance or office position is advantageous
• Preparing accounting is not a foreign word for you
• Sovereign handling of email, phone and digital tools (e.g. Outlook, MS Teams,...)
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented operation
• Friendly, binding appearance and a good sense of communication
• Organizational talent and a potential for “remaining”

Your salary

EUR 36,000 p.a.
